Mods can now be sold directly from a reward dialog. Tap/click a Mod in the reward screen to bring up its details, which now includes an option to sell it.

In either case, the SELL button as announced will not be displayed.
That’s the inbox, not the reward dialogue. And you need to clean out your mods regardless, that might be part of why you’re having an issue.

My mod inventory is already full, so the mod reward dialog will not appear.
