Feedback about SWGOH
Sure this won't be up on the forum long, but I wanted to write what I believe too many bean counters at CG/EA have overlooked.
The passion for a game we will never own is amazing - and I wish those at CG/EA would really take note of this. Just imagine creating something that those using the product will NEVER OWN, yet creating more than $1 BILLION from the product. That's SWGOH, an amazing cash generator with, I'm also sure, amazing profits.
What is most sad is the way those at CG/EA are treating the consumer. Inaccurate information, withholding information, ignoring the consumer, even going so far as to deliberately undermine those who most aggressively promote the product - the YouTubers. Simply makes no sense.
During the COVID-19 lockdown, CG/EA had the opportunity to create even greater revenue, ergo profits, simply by introducing new content. The community willingly spends on new content/toons, but it seems CG/EA is content to milk the cow they have so to speak. Too bad for all.
If this is how SWGOH ends, then it's a sad way for such a fun game to go. I'm a casual gamer: this is pretty much the only game I play. I'm also a mini-dolphin, dropping more than $300 on the game. Not complaining about the amount as I did it of my own volition, but for the hundreds of thousands who play this game, they deserve better.
