First of all I say well said!!! I’m also an almost day 1 player. I started about a month after launch and admit I have spent in the past about a $100 a month. Mostly on crystals and that $10 relic pack that pops up once a week. Other than that everything else $$CG$$ pushes is slot machine garbage IMO. I’m currently an officer of my guild with an 8.8 million GP roster and 5 GL’s. My eternal and never ending hatred for WalletRey is why I don’t have all 6 GL’s. But anyway over the years I had a blast unlocking legendary toons and beating all the events except the unkillable Darth Sidious of the secrets and shadows assault battle phase 2. But all the fun and good times has been crushed under the massive money grabbing boot of $$CG$$ with the introduction of these Datacon’s. I mean with all the things to come up with this is what they landed on? If they were listening to feedback I 100% doubt any player out of the thousands that are left mentioned this stupid idea!!! Hmm there hasn’t been a new raid in 4 years and GEOTB is getting really stale but somehow the brilliant minds at $$CG$$ thought they really had the next big thing to shock the world. Got news for you $$CG$$ I haven’t used a Datacon this entire GAC season and have no problem working around your garage over powering stats. Plus 2 of my opponents have contacted me saying they just want to have a fair fight like it should be and will not use Datacon’s if I did the same. So just do the right thing and scrap this garbage and go create a new raid or something that is FUN!!! Because maybe you don’t know this but games are supposed to be FUN!!!! SAVE SWGOH!!!!
