It's like watching the 'Market research' section in 'The Apprentice'.
The research says 'it tastes horrible', 'I don't like the packaging', 'The worst example of this product'....
The researcher says 'they liked the taste', 'they liked the packaging', 'this is better than my usual favourite'.
Feedback isn't what the customers actually say, it's how the researcher interprets & relays the information.
.... I find that the recent 'responding to feedback' appears more like a bad case of pareidolia.
Not great, as player after player are leaving the game... but not only leaving the game, but providing scathing reviews for newer players to read.
