Fix JKR/GAS/Thrawn counter Against GL Rey

Well, since we’re apparently just “fixing” every viable counter to Galactic Legends, how come this one hasn’t been addressed? My suggestion: make GL Rey immune to Fracture.

Yes let's just kill all counters and make everything mirror matches just think how fun that'll be!
