Fix JKR/GAS/Thrawn counter Against GL Rey

Well, since we’re apparently just “fixing” every viable counter to Galactic Legends, how come this one hasn’t been addressed? My suggestion: make GL Rey immune to Fracture.

My only issue with this is, Kylo has so many toons that are hurt or you cant form teams around due to the already existing restrictions in his kit, the health loss due to TM gain.

Rey has literally no team restrictions, and even though they have said they wanted GLs to be very much LS or DS, one of her best teams has a DS toon.

A change like that, even if applied to all GLs, would just remove another character that could be used on a Kylo team.
