There are a lot of characters that AI doesn't use correctly. I don't know their track record with fixing these, but i can easily name a bunch such as Teebo, Tarkin (although an AI behind EP lead did the offense down first on me today), phasma almost always using fusilade, JE using rez when he should not, etc etc
