Fix revives please

Now that we have another character that prevents revives can we fix the bug where if you use a guarantee revive, like jawa eng or ewok elder, it can fail even if there are toons that didn't die to an ...

Yeah, they said when this happens with rancor it's a bug apparently, so hard to believe it would be WAI with these toons.
