- The idea itself is good. The fact you aren't using your own people, and the team they give you can only win by shear luck is pretty dumb. Just give me a lever to pull to get random rewards in that case, save me the hassle of playing without my chars in some RNG heavy nonsense.
- I liked it too.

This is just classic wining to just wine about something. Who cares if these are pre geared/leveled characters or your own? This way everyone can get the same rewards without having to complain about the fact they just started playing. Btw this whole game is based on shear luck so your argument holds no ground.- geirgudj9 years agoNew Spectatori noticed that onced i modded my own luke the lvl 85 one got better

I agree with his sentiment though - they should at least give you the option of using your own characters. Especially since you've geared and levelled them.- 310f1579f209395a9 years agoNew SpectatorThey're cool. For the people who whine, I understand about not being able to use your own characters, but keep in mind that this is how they include everyone in the event. I understand it's all about you and your needs, but sometimes you have to participate in the whole.

Did you even read my post? It's fairly simple - I am totally cool with including everyone, if that's their intent. But "punishing" veteran players by not at least giving them the OPTION to use their own characters is silly. It's not whining - I completed the events anyway.
Next time read before making baseless, staw-man statements. It just makes you look illiterate.- crazyhynter9 years agoSeasoned Ace

Sometimes I wonder if all your posts are about defending complainers..
It's not down to luck. How can some people complete it and have 3 or 4 other characters and others can't?
I would understand your argument if there was always just one survivor, but 3 or 4??? Common.
People are mad because for the first time, they can't press the stupid auto button on an event. "CronozNL;c-1096410" wrote:

You just start playing? Classic pointless retort, just to hear yourself talk without adding anything useful to the conversation. The game (and rewards) certainly have a luck component, but there is a fair amount of strategy involved too. Who to use, what type of team to put together, etc, even for events. I liked the way they introduced some of the Phoenix chars, they were new, so you played with them to learn what their abilities were to unlock them, it served a useful purpose. T1 and T3 of this event you could play 3-4 times in a row, using their own recommended strategy, and still get wiped on round 3. Its odd."Crazylazyguy;c-1096429" wrote:

Lol - whatevs man. First off, I'm not mad or "whining" - and it has nothing to do with hitting the auto button. I still play challenges occasionally because I actually enjoy the game.
I just think it's a silly design decision to intentionally force you to use inferior characters when you have farmed and geared the same characters yourself. It's like going to a baseball tournament and told you can't use your own bat and glove and instead have to use the ones they provide.
But if you all want to build strawman arguments about a pack of mad whiners and then tear them up, have a fun weekend! :)
