That was a guild decision to not go for Geo TB then. It has nothing to do with P2P. If your guild would be willing to go for Geo TB, then you could get the currency to get Negotiator/Malevolence shards. If your guild doesn’t do that, then go to a guild that will. Otherwise you’ll never get either capital ship. Pretty simple as that. You can get them both without spending a dime, but it relies on your guild actually doing the territory battles that give you the currency to do so
