Missing conquest shards from conquest premium track

I clicked the claim rewards button once I reached a certain point on the track, but the shards were not granted to me. However the one after was granted to me.

This one I didnt get

This one I did get, it grants 2 shards.

Heres proof that I was missing it. Unsure if this will be fixed or if I will get the shards I missed.

just to check did you leave the view and look at the main character roster I often find when I get shards from conquest they don't show up till I change where I'm looking at them

This is still happening. I just did it again. No shards granted.

I did it again, and that fixed it. Just a weird display issue I guess.
