In general you are right BUT
1. I can't be in top 20 anyway - it is a whales' zone
2. I am not in top guild so TB is also not so important
more and more content become useful just for top players in top guilds and for rest of us most of content is useless...
7 months to make capital ship to 7* ?!? after 7 months it will be useless...
EDIT: I have few players in my guild 70-80lvl and I strongly recommend them not to invest in ships
EDIT2: and it was not enough that takes so long, but we should also lose some blueprints.... it is because if they made it to give 20 blueprints it will be too fast - just for 5 months :smile:
