Cheaper than that.....the pack is only 999 crystals....and you can do one 800 crystal refresh each time with fleet event. So that's 45 blueprints from the 3 free runs. 2,400 crystals from the 3 refresh runs. That gives you 90 blueprints. Then, you only need to buy one 999 crystal pack to get the final 10 blueprints. So it's only 3399 crystals....not 7,800 crystals.
