I broke down and bought a couple of packs yesterday. Two Rey's = 64 shards! Bingo! Now I need to gear those last three slots. Syringes and shackles farming in my future. I now have Ackbar, Leia and Biggs 7*d. Rebel team possibilities? Luke, Han, HR Scout, HR Soldier?
