Forums are Antiquated

Let's  be honest...probably should just transition any forum support to discord and shut down the forums. They barely receive even a 10th of the traffic they used to, and it certainly shows. Because of that, I'm sure the forum support staff are at a barest of bare minimums. This probably leads to abysmal support experiences for players.

Get rid of the forums and just transition all support to the discord platform where interactions where things like support can be far more stream lined and I would guess probably cheaper for CG staff which might in turn help alleviate resources to actually assist players.

The gifting of LSB bundles and the lack of any actual acknowledge of the situation is almost unethical from a company as large as CG/EA. Thankfully I was refunded, albeit via apple's store within 24-48 hrs, for the attempts to buy the bundle. But not even a "Hey we understand people are having issues with this we are investigating"...? I mean people WANT to spend money and instead of helping them spend on money we'll just turn them away from the game completely. Big Yikes.

Tl;Dr- Find a way to streamline your support and player communication system- Likely with the termination of these encumbering forums that only people that don't know better use.

There are a lot more resources from there, but from these you should be able to branch out. Many of the game utility discords also have a lot of insight as well as popular streamer channels.
