Damage was his thing.
I think Gun Down's bugged. Ive landed an advantage Crit alot, but Health Down has never been applied. Sometimes it says resisted. Some times it just won't apply.
Mine's still critting for 4k or so at 4*. Perhaps it's more the DEF change?
