Are those that are crying for a refund because they didn't pay attention crybabies too? It isn't good customer service to give refunds because someone complains about issues that are in no way cg's fault.

That being said I could care less that they did so. Giving you your 350 crystals back doesn't hurt me because it is insignificant. But those getting the refunds only get it because they are crying that it's cg's fault they didn't pay attention before buying. So it is a bit ironic that those crying for their refund are calling anyone crybabies.

Welcome to the forums? Unfortunately this is the way people take it, they are so happy to get their reward for accidentally buying the chrome pack that they will fight you for it because they fear you will take it away from them, that's their mind thinking, that its a personal attack on every single person that did this.

Not actually even what the thread is even about, but again, these are the same people who can't read, so there is that :D Honestly the better option for this would have just been to give everyone 375 crystals and not make it on a case by case basis, then everyone would have been happy, and others would not feel like the people who can't pay attention or read are rewarded.

How have people actually raise tickets, I just got a generic email saying I wouldn't be updated?

Wouldn’t the most effective solution be to give everyone 350 crystals? Don’t have to mess with the ticket complaints and everyone is happy

There's zero chance everyone would be happy. In fact everyone who this happened to will be livid because they came out net zero crystals and the rest of us came out plus 350 crystals.
