Yeah, I'm the dope who dismissed these. I was in a hurry to log in and help my guild in TW and didn't read the ads. Will the offer be presented again in a few hours, or are those shards gone? Just ...
The ads pop up once and if you dismiss them they're gone for 24-48 hours. But they do come back, and keep coming back every 24-48 hours for the duration of the "event", whatever that is set up to be. Often times the event is 6-7 days, though sometimes it's only 2-3 and I heard this time it ws longer.
But whatever the duration, you'll be offered 1 time each 24-48s while the free offer is live. Once the offer expires, the popups cannot come back. You missed it.
Since you don't know exactly when they'l come back for you and you don't know exactly how long the "event" is, it's always better to get these on the first try. But you should get at least 2 chances at it.
