Frequent freezing and crashes

Question

Has anyone experienced frequent crashes and freezing in gameplay since the last update?. Some of them have been costly for me in battles, including shards for GL.  Developers if you read these, come on, not satisfactory.

In the last TW event, it happened 3 times and lost all 3 battles.  It has happened in previous GAC rounds, and just happened right now.  This is very frustrating!!!!  When will this be fixed!  It's taking the fun out of PvE!
