G12 and Heroic Raid Reward Changes [MEGA]

1. So what's happening with old gear 12 pieces? You make it sound like they won't drop as rewards now pieiod. is heroic just going to be gear 12 plus pieces and salvage or will pieces for the first three slots continue to drop?

2. Everyone ranked 20th overall and below will get the same rewards. Two things here. Will these 30 people relieve rewards that are similar to rank 20 rewards, or will the more resemble an average of rank 35 like in your previous changes? Second this is most likely going to just make it so more people post zeros because you are just widening the gap between the top 10 and bottom 30 in the guild.

3. How do you not have enough feedback to fix rewards for tiers 1-6 at this point? How have you not had enough time to fix these rewards? It can't be hard to get challenge gear out of the dam reward boxes in these raids! On top of that now gear 12 plus is being thrown at the heroic guilds and everyone else is stuck with the old rewards in tiers 1-6. How much larger do you want to power gap to get!? Rewards already are not enough to be even remotely close to getting guilds ready for heroic and your just keeping those rewards stagnet while giving top guilds more power.

I can't for the life of me understand why you would implement gear 12+ when you don't have the rewards for the lower tiers fixed yet. You already created a huge power capnissue and now your just making it worse.
