Start by fixing the dang rewards in all raids. Rancor, tank, and sith. Remove challenge gear, increase the likely hood of receiving fully crafted gear that are actually needed (mk6 Droid callers, mk5 stunguns, ect...) And fix the amount of guild currency received for all tiers of all raids. Do it. Do it now.
