G12 and Heroic Raid Reward Changes [MEGA]

How can you say this:
"To reward guilds who have focused and collaborated enough to complete the Heroic Tier"
And then only really reward the top scores in a guild.
The raid will be a GUILD effort for a long time for most GUILDS. Yet whoever has the best Nightsister squad and is ready at the start of P4 has a chance to place in the top. How many guilds will start instituting stupid rules for when you get to start P4? All the stupid things guilds did before you put in auto launch and time delays will now be done for 1 specific part of 1 PHASE of a raid that requires the entire F'ing guild to complete?
This is really dumb.
Flatten the rewards, deal with players whining and remove challenge gear FFS. Everyone will be happier in the end.
We get it, the rewards were too rich, too much G12 gear was being obtained, give everyone a couple more pieces and tell them to deal with a better system.
