And if that doesn't bother you then the devs could code the game to give you less credits than everyone else for the same events.
If I had to toss a coin for 700k credits vs a tier reward (and a coin toss is, on average what it should work out at if people try and matching decent), I'd take the rewards. If you think you "lost" them then you are assuming you would have won if they tried, that is a bit of an unreasonable assumption.
