GAC bug?

So I took Cere, Malicos, and Starkiller vs GLAT, padawan Sabine, and Exile Ezra. Killed off Sabine and Ezra and put it on auto figuring i would time out. Right at the timeout the defeat screen and 12 banners popped up but in the background Malicos killed Ahsoka. So I only got 12 banners credit but the zone cleared. I did not get banners for beating the zone though. Fantastic.
