GAC Bug

@CG_Tusken_Meathead @Ultra I got hit with a weird GAC bug where my opponent started with max banners even though they never killed anyone, so obviously I have no chance to win.

Was told to report it here. If I should be doing something else, please let me know.

    No, it doesn't appear so. They beat one of my teams and their score stayed at 1905
