GAC rating calculations

Question

When will we be provided with the GAC rating calculation data that was announced back on 31.10.2023?

Because after entering these calculations into kyber 1, players with a rating of 4,000+ points began to appear.

Previously, this was not a problem, since the players themselves on both sides were happy. They are still happy. Small players are happy that they receive 260 crystals, and large players are happy that they are tired of fighting among themselves.
