Don’t buy pass+ if you already have completed conquest. much of the bonus stuff is for helping you complete the conquest, not more rewards.
I would have agreed with that before they added the extra day of proving grounds (if you need things from PG) and the two global feats in the pass+. I think the line is a little fuzzy now - obviously if you already got red crate you don't need the two global feats so there's less value, but if you're still catching up on characters from proving grounds it could equate to well more than $20 worth of shards considering a single refresh on a single character is 2000 (2200?) crystals. I think it really just depends on where you're at with your roster and what your priorities are now. The pass+ is much more practical since they've added those perks though.
