We already have a Rebel GL.

I think the best case for a GL Han&Chewie (which is, I admit, a nice concept) it to make them the GL for light side scoundrels and toss out all the rebel references.

This would be the cocky, famous H&C that Old Ben & Luke met in the Cantina, before they joined the rebellion.
