In my opinion, not GL worthy, although I do think having him as a Jedi would be awesome. Having him as a conquest unit is the easiest way to bring in one character, although the balancing act with Jedi could be tricky as a standalone unit.
A Force Unleashed Era with him as a legendary could work, Proxy, Juno, Rahm Kota, Bail Organa and Garm Bel Iblis are some possibilities, throw in Maris Brood too. His own era allows the synergies to be tied together, which CG loves to do.
