Galactic Legend Ticket Packs
How does CG determine when these packs should pop up. They appear to pop up randomly while you are working on a GL. If you just navigate those screens enough can you proc them?

Yeah they did that when they were in the shop. They took those out of the shop now
No they didn't.
Those are the packs those are just the weekly shipment. There are actual packs for these.
