    Even if he lands all of his DOTs and Heal-Immunities I don't think he would be viable.

    Heal Block is certainly one of the worst debuffs, now. Pre-protection is was great! Healers are so unused now that Heal Block just doesn't matter...

    That being said, if he actually lands 2-3 DoTs with his AoE, he could be viable again.

    Certainly shock would be useful. Maybe potency/accuracy up or some other team buff. In addition to Light Side and Droid he should also be Rebel and Resistance.
