Umm. Yes they do. Leader abilities, uniques, all synergy.

But still.. If they are rebel and suck or are only small to decent, there isn't any place for them to be used anyway.

Ashoka sounds great on paper but who would you kick out in a Rex, Chaze, GK, Nihilus team?

Her kit would have been more useful in the smaller factions tho.
