It would be a precedent if they started to now give compensation while a bug was out there and being worked. And I doubt they would want to set that as a precedent.

In my initial post, I was a touch vague but did indicate a level of "enough". Equally, I believe if the volume of go backs to CG from support hit a certain threshold, I'm sure CG would respond with a bit more aplomb. As I expressed in that post, I doubt that happens.
