Game loading with extreme delays

Last night every time my game went into "thinking" with the spinning disk it started taking several minutes to come out of it. It's everything from starting and ending a battle (the time during battle is fine), buying something from shipments, loading a new screen like arena or guild. Does anybody have a suggestion on how to fix this? I tried restarting the game and phone. Appreciate any help.
