Game Progress Lost
Hi everyone,
Since technical support is not helping me, i wanted to ask to forum if anyone faced and solved this issue because its a litte different about the other stories.
I have changed my apple device ( iph 6s) by changing i mean just to another iph 6s. I had my account linked to my gamecenter and i need to mention that i paid about ten dollars to this game. After i install my backup to new phone i have launched the game. And my all process was gone. But the game noticed that i havent logged in to any gamecenter acc. So i tap on the lefthand corner and connected to my gamecenter. After i did this a question appeared and asked me if i wanted to keep playing with existing or start a new game. Of course i did wanted to keep playing and choose it. But instead of giving me my account back it started a whole new game. And all my process is gone. Support suggests me to logging in to my gamecenter. But im already logged in and i think the game over-write or deactivate my old data and everytime i log in it puts me in to new account which is 18 levels. If anyone faced something like this. Please help me. Thank you.
