The new in-game chat notifications that say this player made that upgrade to such and such are not a good idea, I'm afraid. It's spam; messages from players get lost in between all the detritus. It makes me want to just ignore IGC.

You've made IGC worse than useless; it's just annoying now. Please turn off these notifications
