Gamorrean Guard L9 Bugged?

i think its just written badly, i think the only thing he get per ally is the 20% crit chance.

i would say its easier to tell if he's getting the extra speed as well or not.
as if its just a flat 50 you not see much, but +50 per ally means +200 and he should always be second to go with good mods. (roughly like 500 speed).

and just by the screen shot that looks like he doesn't have +200 speed.
