Then why did the developers at the same time not launched the event on Jah Jah Bings? Prior to this, all GC did not require the presence of characters from the event. Only assault battles demanded the presence of such characters.
This is 100% untrue.
Between the first running of the Jar Jar event and the second running, every other Galactic Challenge needed a full team of Gungans, so this exact thing has happened at least a dozen times before.

I'll be honest, even I'm getting tired of this guy. I can understand being frustrated by the Naboo raid being too RNG-dependent or Levi mirrors (pre-Scimitar) being dependent on coin-flips even with the Reaper strategy, for example. But it seems like he complains about everything that isn't specifically designed to suit his wishes at all times, or about everything in general just for the sake of it. Or he could just be a troll with no life and this unfortunately is the most entertaining activity he can think of.
