You can do it with g12 if you play for rng taking advantage of the deathmark mechanic.

I don't mind waiting 3 days for the rewards

None of the rewards are so important that i want them immediately

Slicing on a sunday instead of Friday isn't going to break anything since GAC lock isn't until Monday, and TW lock period has past

We'll also be getting two GCs each week, so i don't mind having two payout days as oppose to immediate on one day

Your suggestion opens the door to "I didnt mean to hit the button" issues that could cause players to lose rewards. If I understand the box system correctly.

I never understood the issues of having to wait, it seems pointless to complain about when they arrive, as long as you know when that will be.

If you want to feel like you are getting them right away, why not wait and do the event on the last day?

So under the old system, if I beat every feat but the Empire specific one in t7, then I would still get t7 rewards. Now I get nothing from t7 unless I have the correct empire team. They nerfed the rewards back to being reliant on specific teams at very high gear levels. Pretty crappy really.

Because it’s a nerf of what we previously got. I get the “get gud” argument, but they still reduced what we can achieve without having to increase gear levels. Plus, I may have missed something, but so far they haven’t been repeat events. They’ve all been slightly different.

The factions required are repeating, they do vary, but we seem to be getting a rotation of sorts.

We are seeing examples of low gear teams winning, sure individual results will vary, but it's out there.

Yes they will make events that will cause players to invest in toons, yes this was a change, but we knew this game mode was going to be evolving and changing by design.

This, like the other GCs, is doable with g12 (and some people have reported below) if you can manage the trick. In this case, restart until you can get Hux or Red Trooper deathmarked and mass attack them, then deathmark the other and get rid of them fast as well. Then you just crowd control the Kylos while you mop up (and the summined trooper helps with this).
