Gear Cost Tool

Hi all, Is there a tool anywhere we can use to determine all the missing piece to upgrade a character to G13? Ex: what is required to get Mon Mohtma from G8 to G13

I tried this site but when i enter my ally code and click refresh it doesnt update. The crystal stays at 0
