Gear Cost Tool

Hi all, Is there a tool anywhere we can use to determine all the missing piece to upgrade a character to G13? Ex: what is required to get Mon Mohtma from G8 to G13

Maybe it uses your gg account if you don't have one.
Have you selected what gear levels you want to know about after you select what character?
