Was this actually addressed and I missed it? I am still scraping the bottom of the peanut butter jar for MK V Stun Guns, Cuffs, ETC.

I spend almost all energy on gear farming. Gear crunch sucks and is necessary at the same time. Only focus on certain factions at a time.
