Gear Inventory Page (Similar to Mods)

Probably won't happen because gear mechanics are quite different. First, you can't remove it once placed. Second, it is much higher volume and varies a lot compared to 6 basic types of mods with different levels. The best you can do is look at characters with open gear slots and see how many of those you have. This is probably good enough since you should only be gearing a few characters at a time.
