I'll toss my hat in the ring. Here's my GG kit:
Furious Assault: Deal physical damage to target enemy, this attack cannot be evaded or countered. Inflict healing immunity if the attack is not a critical hit.
Grievous Wounds: Deal physical damage to all enemies. For every enemy hit with less than 25% turn meter, General Grievous gains 20% turn meter. If the enemy is a Jedi, those numbers are doubled.
Sinister Laugh: Reduce the max health and protection of all enemies by 10% for 3 turns. If target enemy has less than 50% turn meter, reduce it's health by an additional 10%, for the rest of the encounter. When this effect expires on an enemy, that enemy gains the offense down debuff for 1 turn.
General of the Droid Army: All Separatist Droid allies gain the Limitless Numbers effect at the start of battle. All droid allies gain +15% offense, critical chance, critical damage, and speed, doubled if they are Separatist Droids.
Limitless Numbers: This effect gives General Grievous a special ability, with different effects depending on how many allies have the effect.
1 ally: Summon a random defeated ally with zero cooldowns and full health and protection. (Cooldown 3)
2 allies: Summoned ally gains the Limitless Numbers effect.
3 allies: General Grievous can consume a random ally's Limitless Numbers to prevent his own demise. Doing so triggers a taunt on the ally that cannot be dispelled for 2 turns.
4 allies: Summon all defeated allies, with an additional 5th droid ally randomly selected from separatist droids not currently on your team.
Tactical Advantage: When General Grievous is targeted by 3 consecutive attacks, he gains 100% turn meter and dispels all debuffs on himself.
