I mean, you can just use him... He's good in raids, galactic war, cantina... Basically everywhere except ships (on account of he doesn't have one) and arena (on account of droids being obsolete).

Good in raids? Arena? He is bad in raid to slow and very low hp for arena

I didn't say he was good in arena. I specifically said droids are obsolete in arena.

He's good in raids. Droids are slow, but who cares when they get 50% tm per crit? That effectively doubles their speed because they only have to fill half a bar.

Take Nebbit out of your raid team, use Greivous, hit like a ton of bricks.

I do agree that he needs to be reworked. I also think he needs to be a Fleet Commander using the "Invisible Hand" as his Flagship from Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith

The only way he will get upgraded at this point is if they add a rebel tag to him. Then he will get 5 zetas and a 2 cooldown annihilate.

The top 5 toons in Arena are

1. R2
2. General Kenobi
3. CLS
4. Thrawn.
5. Darth Nihilus

CLS is completely new, r2 has most of the light side faction tags, it's not like he's only or primarily a rebel - he's a rebel because he's everything.

GK is Republic & Jedi
Thrawn is Empire
DN is Sith

I don't know why everyone says that all the best toons are rebels. There was a FO toon and a Sith toon that could each solo p1/HAAT in a one-toon squad before CLS was released. Sure, CLS can do it now, but you could already do it with 2 of the better toons in the game. And both were dark side.

Moreover, the movies were all about the Galactic Republic, the Rebels and then the Resistance. With the semi-exception of the Episode3, none of the movies had a dark side user as a central character. Obi-Wan had more lines than Darth in Episode4.

If you like the movies, what's your problem with rebels?

Now, okay, I want faction balance too. I'd like to see a number of factions get more love, but the Sith faction has every toon they can throw at it plus a few (Savage was never a Sith unless you want to say that Ventress was a Sith, and the Sith Trooper and Darth Nihilus never appear in any of the Movies, nor in CW:TAS nor in SW:Rebels). Empire needs a healer pretty desperately, but they've got some great toons.

So, yes, there are too many rebels just by the number of toons released. But if you ask what percentage of rebels get to be top-tier toons, the sheer number of mediocre Rebels make it ridiculous to assert that merely being a rebel is a toon's best path to great power in this game. Toon by toon, the Sith have a much better average utility than the Rebels.

Ok, clearly you are lacking serious understanding of the Star Wars universe and trying to justify the 30 Rebels and twice as many Jedi as Sith. There are other SITH... Bane for instance... REVAN... Plaegus... Naga Sadow... tons and tons and tons!!! There was an entire planet of them on Korriban.
