This is clearly meant to be an Omi under an SLKR lead, and his lead means allies with Advantage can't be critically hit - that makes part of your Omi suggestion redundant. Also, SLKR punishes TM gains with vitality reduction, so that 30% H+P is only going to work out at 20%. Surely there's a clearer way to word this. 41% seems oddly specific. Any reason why?
