The only thing i would say is his move, 30% chance for event to deal equal amount of damage to ally, should be a zeta. It's pretty overpowered otherwise; a zeta-level move that only requires Omega.

Can you imagine wedge's 40k attack taking out an ally. :P

Oh good point, I was thinking this was just from a basic attack.
