General Rieekan - Kit Concept

Alignment: Light Side
Role: Support, Leader
Faction: Rebel

Basic:

Deal Physical Damage to target enemy and inflict Healing Immunity on them for 1 turn. This attack is guaranteed to be a critical hit.

Special 1: Cooldown 10

Reduce the cooldown of target Rebel ally equals to every 2 levels of Relic Amplifier on that ally and call all Rebel allies to assist 3 times. This ability's cooldown is reduced by 1 whenever another Echo Base ally uses a special ability. Target ally gains Keen Strategem until the end of the battle.

Special 2: Cooldown 4

Summon an Echo Base Defender. Rebel Tank allies Taunt for 2 turns, which can't be dispelled. Dispel all debuffs on all Rebel allies. All non-summoned Echo Base allies gain 5 stacks of Evacuation Orders.

Leader: Echo Base Commander

Echo Base allies gain +50% Critical Damage, Potency, and +35 Speed. At the start of the battle, Echo Base allies gain 30% Turn Meter. Echo Base allies are immune to Ability Block and Cooldown increase. Whenever an Echo Base ally is summoned or revived, they gain Damage Immunity for 2 turns and takes a bonus turn.

Whenever a non-summoned Echo Base ally critically hit an enemy, they gain one stack of Evacuation Orders (max 30). Whenever an Echo Base ally uses a special ability, all non-summoned Echo Base allies gain 2 stacks of Evacuation Orders. At 30 stacks, they lose all stacks of Evacuation Orders, take a bonus turn and gains the granted ability Evacuate.

Evacuation Orders: +1% Evasion, -1% Defense per stack. (counts as a debuff)

Evacuate: Recover 100% Health and Protection and gain Evacuated until the end of the battle. All enemies lose 100% Turn Meter and are inflicted with Stun and Daze for 1 turn, which can't be resisted.

Evacuated: This unit can't be targeted if there is another ally without Evacuated. This unit's speed is set to 0 and they have +100% Counter Chance, and they are immune to Daze, Stun, Distracted and Shock. Turn meter gains are doubled and can't be prevented for this unit, and whenever they take a turn their abilities' cooldowns are reset. All chance effects are increased to 100% for this unit. Whenever this unit counter attacks, call all allies with Evacuated to assist. This unit is immune to Evacuation Orders.

Unique:
At the start of the battle, General Rieekan, Captain Han Solo, Rebel Officer Leia Organa, Hoth Rebel Scout and Hoth Rebel Soldier gains the Echo Base tag until the end of the battle. General Rieekan has +25% Health and Protection. Whenever an Echo Base ally inflicts a debuff, critically hit an enemy or attack out of turn, Echo Base allies recover 1% Health and 1% Protection.

At the start of each encounter, General Rieekan summons an Echo Base Defender who Taunts for 2 turns. Whenever an Echo Base ally critically hits an enemy, Echo Base allies gain 5% Turn Meter and 5% Potency (stacking) until the end of the battle. Whenever an Echo Base ally inflicts a debuff on an enemy, Echo Base allies gain 10% Critical Chance and Critical Damage (stacking) until the end of the battle.

Echo Base Defender:
Basic: Deal Physical Damage to target enemy and inflict Vulnerable for 1 turn.
Special (CD 3): Dispel all debuffs on all allies and they recover 25% Protection. Echo Base Defender Taunts for 2 turns
Unique: Echo Base Defender has +100% Counter Chance and +50% Defense.
