General syndulla 7star G13 LS token not working

I apparently have this token in my inventory but it won’t let me use it and my GS is not 7 star nor G13. Any thoughts on what might not be working with this ?

There was a Hera Syndulla one recently, but I can't see a General Syndulla one in the game. Can you share a screenshot like this that shows the token?

Let's consider a few things.

1) So far, only whales and cheaters will have been able to earn enough Era Currency to buy the Support LST from Era Shipments.

2) General Syndulla literally only just became accelerated (and thus eligible for LSTs) yesterday.

3) Last week introduced the first batch of Anniversary Quests, one of which awards the LST for Hera Syndulla, not General Syndulla, to bring her up to 7*, R0 + zeta. Some people might be completing those quests just about now.

I'm 99% sure that OP has the LST from the Anniversary Quest for Hera Syndulla (the Phoenix Hera) and either mixed up the names of the characters, or assumed that the LST is applicable to any version of Hera, when in fact it's limited to the OG Hera Syndulla from the Phoenix faction.
