Geo Spy Illicit Intel reset

So a while back, when Alpha was introduced, a change was made to Geo Spy Illicit Intel and all the ability mats were refunded. I immediately leveled it back up and used the omegas to max it out since I use my Geos in fleet arena. Now that the geos have been reworked his ability is set back to 1 again. Is there going to be another refund of ability materials?
